Beauty Discoveries

Every so often, I find new products that really wow me and I must share with my readers (you can see my previous posts of this type here, here & here).  These are a few of my current favorites that are definitely worth trying (plus, they are all affordable drugstore finds).

1) Neutrogena Moisture Wrap Body Lotion - $8.79
The weather is just starting to shift to that dry, biting cold of winter and along with it, I've noticed my skin suddenly needs extra moisturizing.  This intensive lotion works in two ways - first, it provides instant relief for dry skin & then works to regenerate lost moisture.

2) Olay Smooth Finish Facial Hair Removal Duo - $22.94
By far, the least glamorous thing we have to deal with as women (unless you were genetically blessed or have splurged for laser hair removal).  This ingenious product not only removes unwanted hair, but contains a protective balm you apply first to keep skin from getting irritated.

3) Boots Botanics Conditioning Clay Mask - $7.19
I'm always nervous about trying new products on my face because my skin is so sensitive.  But, this mineral clay mask helps pull impurities out of the skin without drying - plus it is hydrating & absorbs oil...great for combination & acne-prone skin, too. (Hint: make sure you shake well before using)

4) L'Oreal EverPure Moisture Restorative Masque - $7.19
Sulfate-free & especially great for color-treated hair, this deep conditioning mask restores moisture to your strands for noticeably softer, shinier hair after just one use - the rosemary mint scent is an added bonus!

The Neutrogena lotion sounds great and I love EverPure shampoo and conditioner, but I have yet to try the masque. Thinking I might have to pick it up on my next trip to target!

I thought they discontinued that amazing Neutrogena lotion because I couldn't find it in drugstores for the longest time. So glad it's still around and repackaged. It's a lifesaver in winter months.

I have to try that Olay hair remover. Untill now I used Sally Hansen's, which is good too. But if I could do that without irritating my skin, what a dream!

PS: Check out my giveaway!

I'm a big fan of clay masks for the skin, in the winter although I tend to avoid things that are too drying, I think the right clay mask really works. I haven't used Boots since I left the UK, you've reminded me I need to re-stock...
