At the risk of contradicting myself (having just recently posted about adding color to your wardrobe here), I have to admit that I do love the boldness of a black-and-white mix. Sometimes the absence of color is just as strong of a statement and it's timelessly chic. A bright lipstick makes the perfect companion for these graphic (& affordable!) pieces:
