As much as I talk about wish lists and things I would love to add to my wardrobe, I typically exercise a fair amount of restraint when it comes to buying things for myself. After all, this blog is called "penny-pincher" fashion for a reason. That being said, I thought I would share with you the items I have purchased over the last couple of months. (Notice that nothing was bought at full price!) The only thing I didn't include below is a vintage mink stole that I found on eBay for $18 (to be featured in an outfit post soon).

Ann Taylor Leopard Print Blouse - purchased on Black Friday off the clearance rack + an additional 50% off (sold out online - check your local stores)

How do you like the boots? What are you wearing those with?
@Charcoal & Lime, I actually love them! I had been looking for a pair of black wedge ankle boots, but wasn't sure how much I'd wear them...so I didn't want to spend alot. So far, I've worn them with skinny jeans tucked in and with tights & a dress. They are more versatile than you'd think! :)
I'm the same when it comes to 'wishing' for something and actually buying it. I love all your purchases! I saw those boots at ON when I picked up my pink plaid shirt and would have gotten them if they were available in my size. Guess you and I both won and lost on that trip huh? (Was yours the same as the trip you went and tried on the shirt I bought?)

Love the boots. Don't know if I can justify another boot purchase. Can't beat the price though. Also not sure how to style the boots.
