Maine Moments

We had such a fabulous long weekend in Maine - it was the perfect mix of relaxation, sightseeing & family time.  My only regret was that we didn't get more pictures of Sebago Lake and our time out on the water...but my husband was too nervous that something would happen to our camera, so we didn't bring it on the boat with us.  Here are some of my favorite photos from our trip:

The breathtaking Portland Head Light

Casual sightseeing outfit

{Wearing: Mossimo t-shirt, Tinseltown Denim Couture jacket (last seen here), Vintage skirt (similar save or splurge), Target belt, Dolce Vita sandals (here or similar for less here), Vintage necklace, gifted Ray Ban sunnies}

My son's first time in the Atlantic Ocean

Cute sign in Kennebunkport

On the beach

Exploring a quaint town along the waterfront

{Wearing: Dalia Collection blouse (via Marshalls; similar here), Mossimo jeans (similar), & fedora (similar), Vintage necklace, Forever 21 bracelet (here), Dockers aviators (similar)}

You look so cute! What a fun trip. I spent a summer in Maine back in the day teaching dance at a summer camp. It was beautiful and the weather was awesome!

My parents honeymooned in Maine so I've always wanted to go there!

And I love that your necklace is vintage! Looks very similar to a Stella & Dot necklace that's out right now.

Gorgeous photos! Love the one of the view with the lighthouse and of your son jumping in the water-too precious. LOVE LOVE LOVE the heart in the sand! I wish I would have been creative enough to think of something cool like that. Also, the photos of you are gorgeous as always :)

Pretty pictures! I have 2 great aunts in Maine but I've never been up to visit. One of these days I'll make it! (I hope they have other things to eat besides lobster, but that's all I ever hear about.)

I've never been to Maine, but have been dying to go--I have such a solid image of gray water, cool weather, and lighthouses stuck in my head...your snapshots are exactly what I picture it to be. I love our fedora, too--I can't live without hats when I travel, because who wants to waste time fixing themselves up when it's much quicker to just slap on a hat? The little pop of yellow is perfect.
