Full Circle

(1/2/3)

I've been gathering loads of inspiration from Pinterest lately and noticed that I have been repeatedly pinning street style images of these full midi-length skirts.  Something about the length & shape is so ladylike & chic, but statement-making & unexpected at the same time.  And I love that they look just as polished with a slouchy knit or basic tee as with a sleeveless blouse or silk cami.  So, I've decided it's time to add at least one of these printed styles to my closet.  Check out the photos above for examples of this style done right (notice the ladylike shoes) & the options below to shop the trend:

These are so pretty. I have a mint one from last season that I've only worn a handful of times. I'm determined to find more ways to wear it. I can so see you in the 1st look...

I love this look but haven't been able to find a midi skirt that's flattering on me. I would definitely rock #1 though!

Hope this trend sticks around awhile. It's comfy and classy and way more wearable than a mini.

I LOVE all of these looks. The full circle skirt with the sweater is such a nice look - still dressed up but laid back at the same time! xo

Kim full midi skirts are super classic and have that 60's vibe. But I pesonally think they look best on taller women, as you are :-) My favourite is NO 4 :-)

I need to get brave about wearing mid-length skirts. I'm always afraid that they make me look weird, but I think it's just because I'm not accustomed to wearing them.

You've inspired me now!

These are great skirts and I also find that I need to wear heels with skirts this length because otherwise I feel too stumpy!
