I never wore a single hat on my head in the cold weather months until moving to New York (except when my mom would force us to bundle up like eskimos before going out to play in the snow as kids). I always thought of them as an unnecessary fashion accessory that gave you flat hair & made your head itch. But after my first winter here, I quickly realized that they are an essential piece to surviving the arctic temperatures. Thankfully, there are so many stylish beanies that not only do their job of head-warming, but also perfectly finish off a fall outfit. This new fuzzy one is the ideal color for pairing with other neutrals and I think it might just be the toastiest hat I own (read: you'll be seeing it a lot this season)!
