Pleated & Striped

I'm excited to be partnering with Banana Republic today to share a few of my favorite items from their new spring line.  I've always been a big fan of the brand, but even more so recently with the modern twist their creative direction has taken.  Right now is a great time to shop because they are offering 40% off most items on their site when you use code BRSPRING - this does exclude BR Picks and Heritage items, but both pieces I've styled here are included!

Camisoles are summer staples, especially when you can find a style with great details that make it pretty enough to wear alone.  The flowy shape and pleated accents on this one give it such great movement and I love that the straps are adjustable (it comes in black too).  I'd also wear this with a lightweight cardiganskinny jeans & lace-up flats for running errands or dressed up with a short skirt & moto jacket for evening.

What I'm wearing:
Similar Jacket, c/o Banana Republic Pleated Chiffon Cami (wearing an XS; also in petite),
Gap Factory Pants (similar), c/o Dorothy Perkins Heels (similar), J. Crew Clutch (similar here or here)

It's no secret that I'm a sucker for stripes and anytime I find a dress that looks polished but feels comfortable, I'm sold.  The ponte fabric makes this one so flattering and easy to wear from work to weekend.  I would also style it with a straw hat, airy scarf & flat sandals for a trip to the farmer's market or layered under a classic blazer with leather pumps for the office.  I plan on playing around with layering it for fall too - I'm thinking a chambray shirt underneath with a cargo vest on top.

What I'm wearing:
c/o Banana Republic Rugby Striped Dress (wearing size 4), H&M Vest (similar; also love this classic trench),
Christian Siriano for Payless Heels (love these too), Forever 21 Clutch (similar),
Madewell Necklace (similar), J. Crew Cuff (similar here or here)

These items were gifted by Banana Republic.
All opinions are 100% honest & completely my own.
