Ribbon Tied

The weather has not been cooperating this week so it's been a real challenge to get outfit pictures taken.  We had 45 mph winds on this particular day, so we were forced to hide on the side of a building where the gusts were (mostly) blocked.  Needless to say, it isn't the most interesting backdrop for photos, but I couldn't wait to share this sweater with you that I bought from the recent ShopBop sale.  I think it's so important to have a few special pieces like this in your wardrobe that really stand on their own.  The tie ribbon detail gives this classic cardigan a high-end feel and I love that you can adjust it as much as you need (just tie the ribbons tighter for a more conservative fit).

If you're not already following on Facebook, I just started a new series where I'll be sharing everyday looks that I wore during the week (that won't be featured here on the blog).  I'm hoping this will help give you more outfit ideas & it's a great way to highlight some of my recent purchases with you.  I might also use this to give product reviews for different items & show you the sizing/fit so you can know before you buy.  I hope this will be a helpful addition to the content I'm already producing here - I'd love to hear your thoughts & what you'd like to see most!
