While makeup artists, celebrities, and influencers will likely promote high-end designer lipstick brands, I am sharing a different perspective. The brands on this list offer best selling lipstick under $25. Everything on this list is also above $5.

How did we determine the brands here? We searched best sellers at 3 budget friendly makeup retailers, Ulta, Target, and Walmart.
