Since so many of you wrote & told me how much you appreciated last week’s “look for less” post, I decided to do another one…again specifically focusing on J. Crew styles that I found affordable similar versions of. I completely believe in certain investment items if they are things you know you will wear over and over again and will get your money’s worth. That being said, sometimes finding wallet-friendly pieces is a great way to try out a trend without regretting it later when styles change.
loving the peter pan collar tee! can't wait to see how you style it!

This is awesome!!! I love the look for less when the 'less' is so super affordable.
I actually adore the forever 21 peter pan collar sweater more! Since I have banned myself from full price shopping, I may have to DIY something similar with thrift store goodies. I love your "for less" looks, they are spot on. Usually you have to sacrifice something when you go to "less."

Nice dopplegangers! Sometimes you're probably sacrificing quality, but as long as you don't overwear or overwash you can probably get away with it 🙂

Loving the alternatives! So similar, though I'm sure a little different in person. That purple sweater is great though and last week while in NY I saw someone wearing the tuxedo pants. SHe was from Saks and I'm sure hers were pricey however I actually like your more affordable fitted version… if I could pull them off!
This is an amazing list – thank you so much! I really appreciate the time you take to find these budget-friendly options, I know it's not easy!

I love the sweater with the Peter Pan collar. Such a cute touch!
