This will be my last NYC post & next week I’ll get back to business as usual. Though I already gave you the full download on what took place during my day at the Lucky FABB conference, there were other parties & events that I attended in NYC, including Fashion Night Out. My friend Christina & I were meeting up with another girlfriend of mine from high school, who lives in the East Village. Our plan was to hit Bergdorf Goodman’s first and then head over to Macaron Cafe for macarons & champagne…and finish off the night with the dance party at Lanvin.
Some of the scheduled events at Bergdorfs were running a bit behind schedule and we waited in a very long line to spin the BG Wheel of Fashion for a free goody bag. So, by the time we finished our feast of macarons (which were delicious) and arrived at Lanvin, the dance party was over. We were a bit disappointed, but had already made so many memories + our feet were KILLING us! At that point, it was 11pm and we still hadn’t eaten dinner…so we walked to The Brooklyn Diner for appetizers & called it a night. Our evening in pictures:

Great photos!
I started reading your blog a while ago, and I've seen it grow so much and I am SO glad that you got to attend FABB!
Now that your blog is really picking up speed, I just want to ask that you stay true to PENNNY pincher fashion ! I read so many blogs where the posts of outfits get more and more expensive as the blog gets bigger, and as a college student the cheap finds are really helpful !
Keep writing and I will always keep reading (:
Meghan, thanks for your support! Don't worry – my blog will ALWAYS be about fashion on a budget, because that is how I live my life. 🙂
I liked this post a lot. your outfit is elegant, love that you added color with your shoes.
I feel you pain!! I went out for some shows in heels and went all the way through FNO in them. Thought I was going to die!! We were going to finish the night with macarons from laduree but I had to call it early and rest my feet and head. So much fashion, so little time!
Looks like an amazing night and I love your heels! Macaron Cafe looks so fun, I've never heard of it, but I'm definitely remembering it if I take a trip to NY soon.
I love all of these pictures. The dresses are fabulous, great celebrity siting and those macaroons are amazing. 🙂
I would love if you could stop by my celebrity style and fashion blog soon. xo
