Look for Less: B&W

I fell in love with this gorgeous Tibi drop-waist dress when I saw Olivia Palermo wearing it during London Fashion Week – and I was planning on stalking it until the price fell within my budget range.  But, unfortunately it sold out before I had the chance to snatch it up on sale.  So instead, I decided to recreate her all black-and-white look using affordable separates.  This proves that you don’t have to spend a fortune to look chic!
