If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat, you may have heard that I dislocated my knee last week. At first, the doctor thought that I had pulled my meniscus, so when I found out it was a dislocation & wouldn’t require surgery, I was relieved. That is, until I found out that I have to avoid running & Zumba and will need to wear a brace for the next 2 weeks. I’m usually pretty active, so having to take it easy & be more careful with my movements has been a big adjustment for me. If any of you have dealt with knee injuries before, I’d love to hear any suggestions you have for speeding up healing & regaining mobility.
