Today is the second & final post in my collaboration with eBay (see my summer post here) & I’m sharing two new outfits that are perfect for our current transitional weather. Because it’s not yet cold enough to require a heavy coat, my solution is to wear classic layers like these casual but polished looks. The best part is that I was able to find all of these pieces in varying sizes still available via other listings on eBay so you can shop each of them below!
We all know that a classic trench coat is a wardrobe staple – and this cape is such a unique twist on a timeless piece. I was thrilled when I saw that the original price was nearly $800 and I was able to get it for under $100! I styled it with an oversized crisp button-down and these comfortable skinny jeans for a modern & sophisticated take on fall basics. P.S. these black pointed pumps are available in every size and under $35 (for real suede) + they are unbelievably comfortable!

A wool blazer layered over a fine-knit cashmere hoodie is the ideal mix of structure & ease and provides just the right amount of warmth for the cool fall temperatures. This outfit would also be great for the weekend when styled with sneakers & a bucket bag. I’ve mentioned it before, but I believe that cashmere is something I find to be worth the investment during this season – however, that doesn’t mean you have to pay full price! eBay is a great place to find brand new cashmere sweaters & scarves for a fraction of the retail cost.
