Ever since gladiator sandals made a come-back two years ago, they’ve proven to have serious staying power. Although I’ve learned through a bit of trial & error that not all lace-ups are created equal! In my experience, shoes with a skinnier strap tend to stay in place on the leg better than the thicker ties (and I also find them to be more flattering around the ankle). I couldn’t resist the fun fringe detail on this pair – I’m a huge fan of Lucky Brand sandals because they are so comfortable & really well-made (another pair I own has lasted over 4 years).
